The main responsibilities are:
- Handling Queries from Clients & Customer over emails & Calls
- Hands-on experience in managing data in excel
- Work with internal teams & External teams to understand the process and resolve customer issues
- Ensure to resolve and no recurring issues
- Be single point of contact for Query management.
- Able to manage Query trackers & Daily reports
Requirements:
- Graduate is required
- Should speak Hindi & English with any regional Language
- Able to work independently, or with minimal supervision / Guidance
- Good in working with Outlook, Excel, other internet tools
- Good Written & Oral communication in English
- 3-4 Years of Call center/ Customer Support Experience in Taking / Making calls & Email queries
