MS Ashok, COO, Accentiv’ lit the lamp at the inauguration and gave the welcome speech which kicked off this marquee annual event, which was eagerly attended by the leading lights of the loyalty industry and the marketing world.
This edition brought together 70+ senior level professionals who shared their views & expertise on pre–decided topics and featured close to 350 industry leaders and practitioners of Loyalty, CRM, Marketing, Customer Experience, Social & Digital Media, Mobile Solutions, Employee Engagement, Big Data and Analytics.
The event covered topics such as Customer & Employee Engagement, Gamification, True Loyalty, Role of Technology, Big Data & Analytics, Social media, Mobility, Channel Loyalty, Customer Experience and other latest Loyalty Marketing trends.
MS Ashok also moderated a panel discussion on the theme “The Future of Loyalty: Data, Customer, Technology” where they discussed the relevance of big data and how it can be used as a powerful tool to derive impactful customer insights which could facilitate loyalty and impact the future course of loyalty. Key takeaways from the session included that companies need to plan and prepare for the deluge of customer and transactional data that they are going to acquire, mine it intelligently in bits and then use the insights for innovation and new product development.
In addition, the 8th Loyalty Awards were held to showcase and felicitate organisations that excelled in CRM and loyalty during the past year. Team Ambuja won the best Channel Loyalty program of the year award for their dealer program, Ambuja Aasman, a program run by Ambuja and managed by Accentiv’.
